What To Expect
1. Consultation: Your journey begins with a consultation where your provider will listen to your concerns and formulate a plan based upon your unique anatomy, skin type, and goals.
2. Prep: Before the injection, your provider will cleanse the treatment area to ensure it's free from oils and makeup.
3. Injection: Your provider will use a fine needle or a cannula to inject Sculptra into the predetermined treatment areas. You may feel slight pressure or a pinching sensation during the injections, but the discomfort is generally minimal.
4. Post-Treatment Care: After the injections, you’ll need to massage the treated areas 5 times per day for 5 minutes for the next 5 days. You will also need to avoid certain activities, such as intense exercise, for the next 24 hours.
